1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalised terms have the meanings assigned below unless the context otherwise requires.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on abg99, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not eligible to hold an abg99 Account.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. abg99 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products, including the live casino, sportsbook, slot gacor (Indonesia's most-played online slot category), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sabung ayam (live cockfighting) sections.
3. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their local laws permit participation on abg99. We do not represent that the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of abg99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the abg99 platform.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold exactly one Account on the abg99 platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts — whether created under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, shared payment method, or shared household — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Indonesia), valid email address, and preferred Indonesian payment method (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja). You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. abg99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify abg99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. abg99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 One Account per Household

Where two or more individuals residing at the same address each wish to hold an Account, they must contact abg99 support to register separate Accounts with full KYC documentation for each individual. abg99 reserves the right to impose shared deposit or withdrawal limits across Accounts sharing a household address.

4. Account Security

abg99 employs 256-bit TLS encryption on all connections, secure one-way password hashing, and real-time login anomaly detection to protect your Account. Notwithstanding these measures, you are responsible for:

• Choosing a strong, unique password and changing it periodically.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Keeping the email address associated with your Account current and secure, as it is used for password recovery.

abg99 will process all instructions received via authenticated login sessions as genuine. If a third party accesses your Account using your credentials, abg99 will not be liable for any resulting loss provided that we acted in good faith on those instructions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abg99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Third-party payment processors, international wire transfers, and cryptocurrency deposits are not currently supported.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. abg99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Accounts are processed within the following indicative timeframes, subject to security review:

• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata): typically under 3 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically under 60 seconds.

These timeframes are indicative, not guaranteed. abg99 may delay withdrawal processing to conduct additional identity verification, fraud screening, or bonus wagering-requirement checks. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.4 Deposit Source

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation. abg99 reserves the right to return funds to the source account and close the abg99 Account.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). abg99 does not apply currency conversion fees. All amounts displayed on the platform use Western Arabic numerals (0–9) with a dot as the thousands separator per Indonesian convention (e.g., Rp 1.000.000).

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

abg99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion detail page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus credits that remain after the expiry of the time limit, together with any associated winnings, will be forfeited automatically.

6.3 Game Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, togel, and sabung ayam may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely. The contribution rates for each game category are stated on the promotions page. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may void the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

abg99 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-variance game strategies to meet wagering requirements, coordinated play between Accounts, and any other activity that abg99 reasonably considers to constitute bad-faith exploitation of promotional offers. abg99 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus credits may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that remain after wagering requirements have been satisfied are eligible for withdrawal. When a withdrawal request is submitted while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, abg99 may remove the bonus balance before processing the withdrawal of any real-money balance.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

Each product category on the abg99 platform — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Togel, and Sabung Ayam — is governed by product-specific rules published within each section. These general provisions apply across all products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. Wagers may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific product rule expressly permits it.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game round or event, abg99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account balance.
• abg99 sportsbook offers mix parlay (accumulator betting across multiple selections) and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets. Specific rules governing the settlement of these bet types are published in the Sportsbook section.
• abg99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic game outcomes. All studios supplying games to the abg99 platform are required to hold current third-party RNG certification.
• abg99 reserves the right to set individual account-level stake limits based on a Player's account history, verification tier, or risk profile.
• Any bet placed in error by a Player — including bets placed on an unintended market or at an incorrect stake — is the Player's sole responsibility. abg99 is not obligated to void or amend bets placed in error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abg99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, including live poker, to gain a collective advantage.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform for any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to place wagers with a guaranteed positive expected value.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward abg99 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Sharing login credentials with, or playing on behalf of, any third party.

9. KYC & Identity Verification

abg99 is committed to maintaining a secure, fair, and legally compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or accessing certain account features.

9.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation includes: a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP or valid passport), a selfie photograph holding the ID document, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, or mobile banking profile showing your registered name matching the abg99 Account name). Additional documentation may be requested at abg99's discretion.

9.2 Verification Timeframes

abg99 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete document set. During periods of high volume, reviews may take up to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Withdrawals submitted before KYC is complete will be queued and processed once verification is approved.

9.3 Ongoing Monitoring

abg99 may request updated KYC documentation at any time, including when a Player's cumulative withdrawal amount crosses a specified threshold, when unusual account activity is detected, or when required by abg99's compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting abg99 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and all real-money balances returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited on account closure unless otherwise agreed.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by abg99

abg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Account is found to be in breach of these Terms; (b) KYC documents cannot be verified; (c) suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; (d) the Player becomes ineligible under Clause 2; or (e) abg99 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal obligation. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, abg99 may withhold Account balances pending investigation.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the Account settings dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is active, abg99 will not accept deposits or wagers from the excluded Account for the duration of the exclusion period. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abg99's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abg99 shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or actions of third-party providers.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security under Clause 4.
• Consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits abg99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content published on the abg99 platform — including but not limited to the abg99 brand name, logo, platform design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the property of abg99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any abg99 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of abg99 intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action.

13. Privacy

abg99 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• abg99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required by our licensing obligations and applicable law, after which it is securely deleted.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to our legal retention obligations.

14. Responsible Gaming

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which abg99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through abg99's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitral body as specified in abg99's licence conditions.

abg99's internal complaints process is the first required step for all disputes. To initiate a complaint, contact [email protected] with full details of your claim. abg99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Players who are not satisfied with the outcome may then escalate to the external dispute resolution body specified in their jurisdiction.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

16. Amendments to These Terms

abg99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the abg99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
